I recently sold my home with Gail Huss and had a wonderful experience. I originally started my home sale as For Sale By Owner due to a complicated moving situation, and I was hesitant to hire a realtor. After trying to manage everything myself, it quickly became overwhelming, and hiring Gail was the best decision I made! Gail was professional, communicative, and truly had my best interest at heart from start to finish. The photos were excellent, the marketing and signage were top-notch, and the process was seamless. I genuinely didn’t have to worry about anything. She handled it all and kept me informed every step of the way. During my FSBO experience, I met with several realtors and unfortunately encountered a lot of questionable, unethical behavior. Gail was the complete opposite! She was honest, professional and supportive! And that was so important to me! On top of everything, my home went under contract within just a few days of going live! I highly recommend Gail and wouldn’t use anyone else for my realty needs.
